As some of my close friends on PC know I have been going thru some pretty rough times. Just when I start seeing a possible light at the end of the tunnel I find out it was just my imagination.
This morning I get the news that my nephew who is 27 was killed while on the job at work yesterday. The truck he was driving went off the road and hit 3 trees and he was trapped in the truck. He had to cut out of the truck and of course he was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. My son who just moved back to Florida was very close to his cousin. They went to school together...he stayed here with us quite a bit...I would take the boys to different basketball tournments and the list goes on. My son is devastated of course. I tried to help my son thru his emotions but it is difficult on the phone. Not to mention my daughter was here and freaking too. Now we wait until the funeral arrangements are made. At times there is no answers and I know that but I am human and still want to know why! I will once again pull my "everything ok" mask out and also my "stronger than anything" mask...switch back and forth so the holiday will continue as it traditionally has as internally I cry.... {{{{{Snow & Family}}}}} I am so sorry for your loss hon. I do understand how your son feels. I too lost a nephew the same age as I when we were 28 due to a brain tumor. I know this was much more sudden and no chances of saying your goodbye's ... but I bet you anything he knew how much he was loved by you and your family. I am thinking of you and your family Snow. I lost a nephew (19) recently so i can imagine what you are going through. You and your whole family are in my prayers.
