I’m sorry, jrae, that sounds really hard. It’s ok if you still find it difficult to talk about them; grief affects us all differently and there’s no right or wrong about it.

i came across this note the other day ........ it's from my Aunt
 "If you'd like & no plans for Easter you could come down here & we could celebrate your birthday. You have plenty of time to let me know!" [i have an april bday]
