Hi to anybody that might see this, i really appreciate you taking the time to read.
Over christmas i lost my little sister, her funeral was the 17th (my terminal fathers birthday) we were like twins, have 4 older siblings a 10 year gap then me n my lil sis, I personally think i did so good over the funeral, i kept clear, i helped mend fences and had my breakdown at home when nobody was looking. anyway because my lil sis and i are so linked, it seems i remind my family too much of her, i live rural so i'm very isolated and my family don't seem to want to speak to me, I'm very very lost, __________________

Turtle, it may not be that they don't want to talk to you....just that the situation is so new and hurts so much and I am sure everyone is hurting just as you are. Try not to make any judgement with your family. Try to be supportive where you can. Be gentle

I just now stumbled across this thread. I'm saddened to read that you were not getting the family support you needed, after this heartbreaking loss. I remember that your father was very ill and that you were in rough shape, dealing with that. Losing those we love and have been loved by is so very hard. I hope there is beauty in your rural surroundings and that it may uplift your spirit. I'm sending a hug.
