So a family member
Possible trigger:
and I am going through a lot of cycled emotions and not sure how to actually cope with it all .the worse thing about this is I know as the police get more info and keep feeding it to me that's this is going to be the norm for quite a while . The issue being anger and rage seems to be the dominant emotion and I want it to stop . Any suggestions would be wonderful

Hello

I had to learn about anger management a while back, I was self destructive and got explosive, not knowing that my anger had to do with trigger events that had happened to me in the past...
Albert Ellis came up with REBT... Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy...
It helped me understand where my anger originated because of certain past events...
I encourage you to get some of the literature or audio videos that are listed in their site...
REBT '-' Albert Ellis Institute

Good luck... Be good to yourself!
