I just found out a dear friend of mine died. Pat and I had been friends for many years. She'd had multiple sclerosis since her teenage years and really started going down hill recently and had to be put in a nursing home. I'd hoped to go see her soon. I'm shocked and not shocked at the news. She and I called each other "Scrabble buddies" because we used to get together once a week to play that game.

@Travelinglady I am so sorry for your loss. It is hard when life gets in the way and we realize that an opportunity passed away.

I hope you do not blame yourself. My life is full of examples like that. @CANDC
