so I don't know if this is the right section for this, but I hope so

recently, I have felt a really strong presence when someone is around, (even when she's not), and it makes me feel really safe when I feel it.

well: I have heard things, like there is a possibility of her moving away, and I'm just worried I will use her comforting presence (I know when it isn't here, because I get stressed and anxious)

I don't really know what to do about it.. I was thinking about her giving me something that could bring me closer to her, but I don't really know what

so yeah. thoughts on this?

Maybe the sensation of presence means that she's thinking of you. IDK

Perhaps you can bring her closer to you just by calling or texting her, or by sending her a note card or letter.

hi,

first off: I am sorry for the late response

I posted this, and then immediately wanted to delete it.

by presence, I mean.... how can I explain

this person makes me feel safe and able to function, despite me not knowing her that well- and when I'm not around her, sometimes I feel like I am.

your ideas sound great, and I might do that. I think if I lose her presence, then I will feel scared

Emily is it possible this woman might be (without knowing it) showing you qualities within herself that you could discover within yourself?

I’m not sure how to best explain but I’ll give you examples from my own experience. There are a few key people who I’ve been fortunate enough to know who’ve had qualities that I’ve been drawn to, and I think they showed me something of what was possible within myself. In that way I developed as a person a little bit more and better for having known them. I’ve felt calmness and serenity simply by being with them and in my case simply by thinking about them I do get that feeling.

I can't feel it at all today. I can't find it anywhere.

I am also 100 percent sure I am going to lose it.

For the passed few days it has been really strong and really close to me, and today..... nothing. It makes me feel empty inside, anxious and upset

Where is it?.
