Hello, I am a survivor of suicide, losing my father two years ago. Just wanted to let you all know about this important day coming up.
Please join us on Saturday, November 20 for a powerful day of support, information, and healing -- AFSP's 6th Annual National Survivors of Suicide Day. Simultaneous conferences for survivors will take place in over 90 cities throughout the country -- this unique network of conferences connects survivors within their own communities and across the nation. And for those who don't live near a conference site or who find it difficult to attend in person, the program will also be broadcast live on the web, followed by a live online chat. Just wanted to say I'm sorry, Leia. My Mom did that in 1995, so I understand a bit of what you're going/have gone through. I've been to an AFSP event and it was really good. Take care, Peanut
