Today I practiced self-care by spending some quality time and meditating. I started doing that recently and didn't have much experience with it, but I found a lot of useful content online and some great apps for meditation practice, like Headspace and Yoursapp that really helped to set my meditation goals, check the daily improvement, and give some useful advice on how to proceed with it. I really feel like meditation helps a lot with improving my mental health and wellbeing and it gives me the motivation to do things I was struggling to do for a while. It's really nice to know that I can help myself to practice self-care better.
