Hello!
I'm very much into taking care of myself and usually, I use different practices for self-care. Some of them are showering myself with scented oils, light therapy, and aromatherapy. I make sure that before going to bed, all my skin is properly cleansed so that my face can breathe. I also use a Himalayan salt lamp in my room to provides benefits like reducing negative ions. It also helps in offering a sense of calmness and peace. Overall, it just makes me feel good about myself. I would definitely encourage everyone to at least try some of these practices for themselves too!
