Your PCP is taking good care of you and including a GI to make sure you get the best care. I think you'll feel less anxious when you know more.

Hoping your news is wonderful and comes as a relief....

That is what I learned is the best thing about these tests, they let you know what you don't have to focus on, and direct you to what needs healing, if anything... sometimes it's a change in diet that corrects everything, or dropping a few pounds, or exercising more... whatever it takes to feel better... we do it for the best result we can possibly receive from our efforts and our bodies ability to heal.

Meanwhile, did you know that lots of people talk to their cells in their body, telling their bodies that it can heal now, one will love the whole self and asks the healing system to go to work and do what it is designed to ~ that is, heal us.

Sounds wacky maybe... but studies are showing this is a complement to our own medical care. Getting an acupuncturist can help too..

There are even guided imagery tapes for the GI track, cholesterol, almost anything... if you are interested in training the mind to help you heal along with your Dr., then try one, but make sure it's by a really good PhD. who studied the trials and is informed in your distress.

www.healthjourneys.com is where I found some cool tapes, and also, www.washingtonroseherbs.com for herbal teas of the healing kind, and good spices and herbs that are organic, and be used in out cooking to aid digestion and reduce cholesterol ... check 'em out if you are interested.

If not, don't worry, toss it out the window. I'm not offended.

I found complementary medicinal things to make me feel better and aid my health and improve my health and strength overall.

Even adding yoga is a good tool for aiding the healing in your body, in any area like this.

okay.. I'm done.

Peace and Good Results...
Night
