catarrh gluggy throat...

spots

At least I'm not feeling depressed today....

But the throat..its horrible, keep retching and its unpleasant....don't know what's brought it on, except I've been drinking a lot of milk recently (used to be allergic to milk, which I grew out of).
And I've started taking Vitamin B6.

Other than that????

Hmmm, sounds almost like strep throat with the redness and spots. Does it have a foul smell? I always think of it smelling like a dead mouse (I grew up in the country, what can I say? LOL).
