Unfortunately, I am all too aware of fibromyalgia! Hopefully others will learn about it too and more research will be done to find better treatments for it. It is just so frustrating. Suffering from fibro and depression, it's hard to know which is "speaking" to me. Is it the fibro saying "you need to rest," or the depression saying "just stay in bed because there's no reason to get up"? Do I give in to the fatigue, or fight it? All I can say is... AAARRRGGGHHH!

Frustrating indeed, I also all too aware of fibromyalgia. I appreciate the fact that there are some researchers still working away to learn more about this illness.
Definitely having both physical and mental illness gives us a one-two punch. Sometimes I have to sort out if the all over pounded on feeling I have means flashback body memories or usual fibromyalgic pain, or both. I'll join you in an AAAAAAAAARGH! and a ouch and a waaaaaaaah! Sarah

You do what you can... quit trying to justify or rationalize it all... and BE. ((((hugs))))))

((Sky)) That guilty part of me needs to justify everything. But, I am working on that. I have great shame in just being me, so it's hard to just BE. I do understand that that is the healthy way, so I am going to try. And, trying is something! Take care!

Yes... trying really is something.
Recently when my T went on vacation and I came unglued and saw his partner... that T said, what difference does it make how long it takes, as long as you know you are on the right road? If we can have faith that we probably are on the right road... then patience will win out. It becomes so difficult at times, though, right?

Please try a high protein diet. It really does help fibro. You don't hurt nearly as much and you have much more energy. What do you have to lose? Try it.
