Hi everyone

I am wing glad to meet you

I have been diagnosed with bipolar since 1990 and lupus since1993. Its been a great haul trying to figure out which end is up. One always affected the other. Many times while in the hospital i had to be treated for lupus at the same time. I have been basically living in hospistals most of my adult life.

I am blessed thanks to the wonderful help I have received over the years my lupus is in remission and my bipolar is stable. I have been hospital free for over 5 years now

The point of recovery i noticed was that my enviroment has a major affect on how you recover. When i went to live with my mom after my divorce my heath started to improve but it still had many issues. Then I lived in a campground for awhile. Being out doors really improved my health, I acctually enjoyed the campstyle lifestyle. I just wish i had an RV rather than a tent

Waking up to mother earth, having a campfire and a good long walk in the woods every morning really helped. Didn't have to face the world until i was good and ready. Living like this got me back to work.

Then housing came in to play life changed i had to deal with neighbors, and people parania set in big time. I became frightned all the time. It took me years to settle in. I still long for the campground lifestlye, back then i was in better shape, but now i communicate better. So its hard to say which is better. If being sick in this country being on social securtiy didn't cause such poverty, i might be able to own the RV and live out the rest of my life living where ever i want whenever I want.

Its a balance we need to balance the body mind and spirit is such a trial but it does get better

Wing

Thank you for your insightful post.
Nature can have a very calming effect that feels really good.
I admire that you are working on living with neighbors. It can be hard, but also very positive. Be open to the positive
