Okie Dokie here we go, had a hysterectomy 2o odd years ago, have scar tissue and am overweight, because of the scar tissue my belly hangs down alot, want to find a Doctor to remove this excess mass, I have nNO feelings in ths area, I can stick a pin and don't feel a thing, pyc doc is worried because I have no feeling my gp says its due to over eatting I DON'T OVER EAT if anything I eat two meals a day if I remember to.
Does anyone know what type of Doctor can help me?
This was soooooo hard to post, embarrased Any suggestions

Angie, a plastic surgeon can help you out. If you're having physical problems because of it too, it might be covered under your insurance, otherwise they'll consider it cosmetic.

no reason to be embarrassed... do what cha gotta do! (((hugs)))

PS My dietician told me last month that most ppl who are obese DON'T EAT ENOUGH and what they do eat is not nutritious.
