So, to sum up, I have a TON of chronic health conditions (so much so that I'm actually on disability now because I can't work at all because of them).
My skin in particular seems to have a lot of hatred towards me. I have Psoriasis, Eczema, Morphea, Folliculitis (inflamed hair follicle; complicated by the follicle rupturing and infection occurring, and leaving me with gaping, slow-healing sores in various areas), and bad allergic reactions to most lotions/creams (making it hellish to treat some of these conditions because I have to tote Rx creams around :P ).
Well, I don't know what the hell the issue is now. I have been getting sores in and around my mouth. Some hurt, some don't.
The first one I noticed was strange and appeared suddenly. I was just sitting there and my lips felt dry, so I went to put some Chapstick on. Then I felt a sharp, stabbing pain in the dead center of my upper lip. I thought at first it might be a burn or a split from dry lips, so I went to check in the mirror. When I looked, the spot that hurt was a big raised bump that was almost purple-red. I asked my mom, and she said it was probably a cold sore and to apply some Neosporin to it. Eventually, that sore went away. But yesterday, I felt my lips were a little dry, and out of habit, I licked them. Again, I felt a sharp pain, and a big sore lump rose near the lower left edge of my lip. I presumed it was a zit, and it hurts a LOT; so I held a hot washrag on it to bring it to a head. I noticed that it swelled more, and a little white dot rose to the center. I squeezed a little to see if it would pop (sorry I know that's yucky), and then noticed a second little white dot (the size of the head of a pin) next to it. That one didn't seem to be swelling much; but both HURT SO BAD. No itching or burning, no warning signs before I felt them show up; just sudden, sharp pain and instant raised sores. I don't know what they are, but they just HURT. I also have a hard lump on the roof of my mouth, but that one doesn't hurt so much as it just feels weird when I eat. I'm not sure where any of these are coming from; I've never had an issues with cold sores, and I very rarely get zits (my skin always tends to be more dry than anything else). I do have the issues with infected folliculitis sores and have lately been getting boils (or some kind of other sores; they never come to a head, just are tender and painful to touch), but other than that I'm not sure what it could be.
I guess I'm just scared, because I've also been having problems with stomach pain lately (possibly kidney function, going in for a CT scan) and joint pain (I have psoriatic arthritis) flaring up; as well as abnormalities in blood tests (hormone and white cell count levels), rising A1c levels and blood glucose, loss of appetite/nausea (and resulting weight loss), fatigue, cold hands and feet, and a raise in blood pressure. It's hard for me, because though I am constantly tired, I can't get decent sleep because stabbing back pain wakes me at night; and when I try to even sit down normally, I feel sharp pain in my stomach and back. I am literally living in constant pain and discomfort, and I just don't know what to do about it besides wait and see what the lab tests and CT scans say (which worries me; the last time I waited so long was when I was 15, and that made me bedridden for 3 months). I don't know what to do; has anyone else experienced anything similar to these things??? Any tips on how to get through it??? I don't have any pain meds (not that I really WANT to tamper with those kinds of meds with my current abdominal issues), and can't take Ibuprofen/Alieve/Naproxen Sodium/Aspirin (stomach damage), and Tylenol just isn't effective. I just... don't know :'(

Can you find an allergist/ENT that can also test and treat drug reactions?
I know Im allergic to some of the drugs/ chemicals my own body makes. ( Not such a stretch since most people are allergic to histamine)

If I were in your shoes again, I would detox. For me that means removal of everything I can for at least 3 days... Except clean air and filtered water.

But the step before detoxing is difficult as well: making note of everything you come in contact... Whether food, breath mint, toothpaste, deodorant, laundry detergent ( I cant use them-- have to use non detergent ways to clean) , any chemicals you smell as well... And track your reactions and dates/ times.

You sound like I used to be-- allergic to everything!
For instance for me if I take in too much salt my lips will burn and break out.
