Ok here goes. I have had ms for 4 years, but Ive been having fatgiue (So i thought) for 10 years.

I resently lost alot of weight the right way. NO PILLS!! just diet and excerise. I am a vetetiran (sp its been a horrible cog fog day),no or little crap like chocolate, candy,or cakes. Deff no soda pop just coffee and water!! But Here I am back up to 170lbs from 143 lbs in just a few months.

I am loosing my hair, swollen legs and wrist, dry skin, exhaustion even with excerise.

Last I seen a neurologist ,my ms was in remission! yay for me huh. soo why am I still exhausted all the time,i mean as soon as i get out of bed Im ready to climb back into it. There is no way I could have depression, gosh im on 175 mg of effexor xr,and 150 mg of abilify. If that dont knock it out,i dont know what will. I love my life, have a wonderful boyfriend, yeah I have lost my kids, but I am seeking theraphy for that and it is going awesome. I am helping produce a paranormal tv serise, yea im going to be on tv. Thats nothing to be depressed about.

I have mild bipolar but that my not be the case as of my sxs.

Look up your medications! There are a few antidepressants that cause hair loss also known as alopecia. I know because my hair fell out with one of them I was taking. Sorry, cant remember if it was Effexor. They can also cause fatigue. They can also cause swelling of the extremities. Look them up cutie. May need a med change. Let the Dr. know that these symptoms are occuring.

It's easy to test for hypothyroidism by having a blood test.

Fatigue can be part of the MS, I would be inclined to go back to your neurologist/specialist. Take care.
