YES! I need to -- I'm the heaviest I have ever been right now! I need to lose about 20 pounds! I eat really well but don't exercise nearly enough (yes, I know that the bike rides count, but I don't ride often enough, I guess)!

The only problem is that I don't "do" scales. They cause a huge setback for me. I'm better off gauging by how my clothes fit (or not). I need to get back to my size 6 jeans! Without lying down to button them!

Exactly what I said LMo I might remember to weigh once in a while, for this group, when I go to physical therapy. But it doesn't matter what I weigh gimme my size 9! Wait... aren't jeans supposed to be put on in that manner? 6 weight loss/healthy eating support group

Ok I weighed, for you guys... and it's proves the point with me: I gained a pound... yet my size 14s are beginning to fall off me. Weighing just doesn't tell the whole story, sometimes it doesn't tell any of the story. It's too depressing for me... if that was what I was going by???

I'll do it too. You can also create a Yahoo Group where people can stay in touch. I suggested it earlier, but no one seemed interested.

Bump.

So did you?

I think it's best if we continue along this line... plodding ahead... listing what we eat, no negative or overly positive comments to interfere... just our own thinkings...

Today I ate. How about that! I had a salad and spaghetti with a meatball. A garlic roll too. 6 weight loss/healthy eating support group
I have a grilled chicken sub to eat tonight.
And of course, plenty of water!

I did. Posted the link. Let the site up for 6 months with one member besides myself. I decided no one was interested.
