I have a piece of bone, tooth or root deeply imbedded in my gum from a tooth removal a few weeks ago. It has been working it's way down but tonight it was driving me nuts so my hubby and I tried to surgically remove it with out the right tools. It is now firmly imbedded in my way upper gum and I have gargled with salt water and peroxide. Oralagel on board. A DUH, it just takes time to go to the docs!
