well i don't think i want to get on the spinning/loaded wheel with the rats just yet...darn and it does help!!! maybe i should consider getting one.

More serious, great article--the brain must be exercised, as well as the spirit, and the body----

I saw a special on a Canadian study - they equipped a high school with a full gym and made it mandatory for the students to exercise. Since the school was near an Indian reserve - many of the students had behavioral and learning challenges. After 6 months they all had improved academics and behavior.
