If you've stopped smoking, you will feel better and better as time goes one.
Lots of water is the best thing to do

Your lungs should clear up naturally. I would suggest getting outside and breathing a lot of fresh air (avoid areas with lots of cars and factories) to help your sense of smell return. As the lungs heal you will not only breathe better but your senses of smell and taste will return. Use them to measure your recovery. Gradually work in exercise as smoking affects your entire circulatory and pulmonary systems. Start with walking to get a feel for how much exercise your body can take and then gradually work up to something like cycling or jogging. Weight lifting is also good for your pulmonary system. Antioxidant (leafy green veggies, fruit especially blueberries, extra virgin olive oil) and high fiber (beans, whole grain breads/pastas) foods will help your circulatory system heal.

Thanks, It seems like if you eat healthy and exercise you'll get your lungs back.
