I am still having pain in my ankle! I have had it x-rayed and everything. I don't know what to do....
I am begining to think this "sprain" is much more.
(For those who don't know...I sprained it when I fell down the stairs back in August.)
I am not sure what I should do now.
Some days it kills and others it is fine.

Anybody got any ideas?

goodness dar! I thought you had that taken care of! ice. rest. sounds like you're gonna have to have it looked at... it could be more than a sprain or even a hairline fracture.. could be something more.... or not... you may have arthritis in it now... or have just weakened the tendon or muscle that it will always be weak.. you might need an elastic ankle support.. is that enough ideas for midnight? lol TC So Now What???
