So I found out I'm A positive blood type. I know there are books about there about what's best to eat if you're different blood types. I'll probably get ahold of one of them and read up but if anyone knows stuff, I'd be interested in what you had to say

Sounds silly but Ive been looking forward to it for a while. Some of what I've read (the tending towards vegetarian eating) and avoiding gluten definitely does not surprise me... however a few of my favorite foods are on some of the avoid lists I've seen. Dunno how much to trust the sources since they're just googled XD

We have talked about the blood type diets before. You might be able to search and find the previous discussion. There are no scientific studies that support different diets for different blood types.

never knew they had specific diets for blood types, i'm O- and i know red cross would love to get their hands on my blood!
