I have no idea if im supposed to put this on here? But i cant find any other websites or forums to put this in and I really need some feedback.

Skin disorder?

I dont know what it is, my skin has these "breakouts" every once in a while.
The skin loooks flaky, but even if i scrub it or put tons of lotion on it it will not go away! it goes away on its own after like, a week, and then it comes back.

It's always either on my legs, my arms, my face (between my eyes on my forhead) or on my chest, and I think on my back.

Like i said, it does not go away unless it does on its own.

It's becoming a concern and I havent seen anything on the internet that would help.

Thanks!

It looks like psoriasis to me. I've attached a photo and link for you to refer to. There are medications out there to relieve break-outs & limit their severity, but you certainly need to work with a doctor. Preferably a dermatologist.

Write notes down ~ when it began, what makes it better or worse, foods and drinks, etc. Oatmeal baths do help relieve the itchiness. Curel lotion works very well. Best to put it on while your skin is still wet from the shower or bath, and let it dry naturally. Try switching to all perfume free and sensitive skin products. That usually helps a lot!

No fun at all finding the culprit of skin troubles. Let's hope that you can gain control of the situation and turn your skin disorder around to a manageable level. Best wishes to you!

I agree with Shezbut that you should see a dermatologist. It does look like some sort of dermatitis. I have special medicine that I use on mine to help with it. The dermatologist will have lots of medicines to try to see what works for you.

Mine doesn't hurt or itch either. If I don't see it in the mirror (I have it on my face) I don't know it is there.
