Greetings Sweet-Hearted and Gentle-People,
For the past few weeks, I've been getting nose bleeds at random. I haven't blown my nose or did anything that would cause it to bleed. They just randomly started happening and I have no idea why. Do I need to go to a doctor? Or is there something else that I can do?

See a doctor to get your blood pressure checked if nothing else.

It could just be your air is too dry (are you inside a lot with AC on?); I use to get that all the time too and still do sometimes. Get a little humidifier and make sure you are staying well hydrated and if it doesn't get better, check with your doctor to make sure there's nothing seriously wrong.

Have you been using any nose sprays - some can cause nose bleeds.

Hi there
When i was younger, i used to get out of the blue nose bleeds ALL the time. I ended up having to get a blood vessel removed coz it began to interfer so much - not saying you will have to, so dont worry! But i do recommend visiting your GP...
