I know this sounds stupid, but can anyone tell me if these things sound bad? I have been sneezing all day, it's been very hard to focus because my eyes waver. I have a swollen lump behind my right ear, next to no fever. I am super sleepy and my limbs feel heavy. My heart is racing and I feel like if I lay down I won't wake up. I have a mildly sore throat nose, a drippy nose too.

I would say it's probably some kinda virus. The lumpp behind your ear sounds like an swollen gland, which sometimes comes with viral infections. Take some paracetamol and go to bed, take it easy for a few days, plenty of fluids and food if you're up to it.
