The herb guarana clears your system of mucous. Remember to check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are on prescription medication, before using any herbs. (As medicines are made from the same herbs, plants etc.)

i just did a search on drweil.com said to inhale steam with oil of eucalyptus or oil of oregano. I know the oil of oregano is good for sinus infections. Im having a sinus thing myself and the antibiotics the doc gave me are giving me the $hits so Im looking for an altrenative. Ill let you know what/ if I find...
