tips? do your homework. See a dietician. Talk to your doctor. Take your vitamins. Supplement. Make sure your vitamins don't have animal products. Get enough protein. Eat veggies and fruits all day long every day. Check your drinks for animal products.
You need to eat pretty much every two to three hours. Not protein, but to keep up energy.
Find a vegan B12.
I take a vegan raw one.
omega 3 is hard to supplement vegan, but you can do it.
Oh...and it tons of kale.
