I have pneumonia, and I feel awful. I think if I try hard enough, I'll cough up my socks.

The doc has me on all kinds of meds trying to keep me out of the hospital. I hope it works.

I heard a noise in the house last night, and went all over trying to find where it was coming from. ALL OF A SUDDEN -- I realized it was ME. I was wheezing so bad, it sounded like it was coming from a different room! LOL Sometimes I can be such a doofus.

So -- just felt like whining. Boo--hoo. This sucks. Hugs, Lee

Ohh (((Lee)))

I'm sorry. Pneumonia is really awful. I had a bad case of it about 3 years ago, and I was sick for weeks, and the antibiotics really knocked me out too. I wound up missing a week of work.

Please make sure you're getting plenty of rest and fluids.

Hope you feel better soon.

((((Lee))))))

I did that too about the sound when I had pneumonia; it sounded unworldly as if coming from somewhere else and couldn't believe it was me. I can relate to that. It took some time to heal but hope you are on the mend soon. Fluids and rest helped a lot. Please take good care.

Also, ask the doc if a humidifier might help. It and warm/hot showers seemed to help ease things. Warm, moist towels on my chest OR a heating pad on low to the chest and back helped ease these muscles too from the coughing. Hang in there! Sending wishes for speedy recovery.

Hi Lee, how are you feeling now? Pneumonia is horrible so I do hope that you're taking it easy and getting plenty of rest. And hey, you're only human and feeling miserable, nothing wrong with complaining. =) Get well soon!!

Well, my friend pneumonia ended up to be (or turned into) COPD. So now I'm on rescue inhalers, another inhaler I use twice a day, and pills. So I'm doomed to this for the rest of my life. BUT - I did it to myself, so I can't whine. It's my own darned fault.

So now I have to reform, and it's not going to be easy. I'm going to be using the patches. Hope they work! Hugs, Lee

I hope you'll recover! Just stick with having a mind that you'll have reform and you're set for a change. I know you could do it
