Just curious to see if anyone else has been diagnosed with this. I have darn near every symptom listed I really wonder if it's not what's the cause of my emotional instability

Yep, I have it. At first, it drove me absolute CRAZY, but now the symptoms have settled down and I'm just fine.

But at the beginning it was awful. Rapid heartbeats to the point that they couldn't even be counted -- well over 200 per minute

I thought I would faint

Anxiety attacks because of the rapid heartbeats -- hands shaking, feeling of fainting, rapid breathing --(out of breath -- chest hurt

I was put on a Beta Blocker, which was Inderal -- I can't remember the dosage but it worked. I was on that for quite a few years.

I eventually decided I didn't need to be on it anymore, so I weaned myself off it, and I haven't had any problems since -- maybe a rapid heartbeat once in awhile but nothing I can't handle. I can usually stop them myself.

That's good to know the beta blocker helped I may ask about that today. It's horrible to live with though it's good to know there is a name for what's going on.
