OUCH.

Girly stuff

Usually for me it's fine ... no girly time of the month pain (I skip it for a couple of months at a time quite often, but when I do have it I barely notice).

So it feels like someone is in my belly twisting my innards right now Girly stuff

I have had hot bath ... hot water bottle ... been for a power walk ... eaten what I was craving (cookies).

What do I do to get rid of it!!!!?????

I know it is no big deal but - I am curled up in bed n don't like this one bit!!

My Rx for this time of the month is Dark Chocolate and a Rx Pain Pill..... (or) try three Advil - it will help ease the inflammation.

Natural Herb............. Evening Primerose Oil

Yes i used to take evening primrose!!!!!!!!!!!

good idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i will get some more tomorrow.

i just forgot what it can be like, cos usually im pretty lucky - i don't get sore much at all.

i try not to take painkillers, the only painkiller i ever take is aspirin (disprin here) and apparently that thins blood so bad for girly pain.

thanks Rhapsody xxxx
