For the past month or so I've been getting headaches right after lunch time. I think I am getting enough fluids and stuff. I take some asprin and it's better (well, I take tylenol or Motrin, whatever I have with me). Any ideas what it could be???

Sorry you've been getting headaches doggiedo. Are you on any new medications? Do you regularly drink caffeine beverages - I drink tea after every meal and if I skip lunch tea, I get a headache. Are you at the computer a lot or sitting improperly - this can be eye strain or tension(neck strain). Are you eating different? Sometimes people get MSG headaches. Where is the headache?

I thought maybe it was bc i'm not wearing my glasses during the day, but I sit at a computer and don't need them for anything except far away stuff. I called the eye doc to see if I could get a new eye test, but I'm not due for another one until April.

I do have a primary care appt next week for my annual physical so I might mention it to her.

I don't drink coffee or tea. My eating hasn't been so great lately, but I don't think I've been lacking any valuable nutrients or anything.

I did some reading online and it said tension headaches usually kick in during the early afternoon, which is usually when mine hit. It's in the front forehead part and it's a dull, but constant pain.

I'm not super stressed out. Maybe it's my posture. I wish I had the extra $ to go back to the chiropractor....
