You might need to go to the ER. Feeling very ill, with nausea and passing out, needs medical attention to know what is happening.

If it is pancreatitis, for example, it could require no food or liquid by mouth, only IV fluids

Caffeine, limes, ginger, and peppermint are all stomach irritants, so I would use caution with them.

There are programs within hospitals that can help with all or most expenses for someone with no insurance.

I really feel that you need medical care at this time.
Thanks for this!

I agree, go to the hospital and use the free care program. Every public hospital has a free care program for uninsured patients. Ask for the application as it won't be forced on you.

Is it worth doing more damage to yourself over money? Something could be going on that could be lethal.

Even if you have a bill, so what. Pay them $5 a month, it's legal.

Your health is a priority if these stomach issues aren't going away, even if you have to boronrow. Gravol makes a natural gravol made from ginger. You can also press your thumb firmly on the inside of your wrists. They actually made acupressure wristbands. Still best to treat the root of these stomach issues. Hope you feel better.
