Ok - I am in the need of a good lip balm or treatment.... I am constantly having to apply Vaseline / Blistex to my lips for they are very dry and really irritate me all thru the day.... I hate this annoying feeling! - and nothing seems to be helping.

Anyone? - - - - Seeking - Lip Treatment (help - my LIPS need YOU)

They sell it just about every store now. Any grocery store that has a health food section will have it too. You can get it in a stick or in a tin. DSW shoe store and Scheel's Sporting Goods has a Burt's Bees section too. Seeking - Lip Treatment

They also make colored lip balms that use the same formula.

Having always suffered from dry lips, I have "Labello" in every room in my house. I spend far more than I should on this but I apply it liberally, throughout the day.

Bag Balm works wonders.

Initially it was used to treat cow udders from chapping due to milking procedures. now pregnant moms use it to help keep the stomach skin elastic to minimize stretch marks and nursing moms use it for thie nipples after nursing their babies so that their nipples don't chap, crack and bleed.

Here there is an animal feed shop down the road that carries it. Some famacies and stores also now carry it. And I would not be surprised if there are some pregnancy and animal feed websites that might have it on line.

I was curious, so I looked it up on amazon. It's made in Germany.

Thanks Emily - I was going to do that today but this link is great.

Rhap, I use the hydra (light green) one. I find it much softer and smoother than the others. Take care when using the colored one's (such as cherry etc), they really do make your lips quite pink.

I have yet to find a chamovile one here .. can't wait till I do.

a little FYI that is FUNNY........................... now don't laugh at ME - ok? - hey I said don't laugh - teehee.

But the Med Protection Labello that Sabrina sent to me (from Africa) works great on pimples.... when applied to them at night, right before you go to bed............. strange but true.

AND how would I know this you may ask...... well, one might when I was getting ready for bed and was putting the balm on my lips I saw a BIG RED UGLY ZIT on my forehead and before I even thought about it..... I had swiped the sticks across the pimple and the next morning it was practically gone.

I tried this on a few other pimples over the next week or two and the same thing happened...... w00t w00t. Seeking - Lip Treatment Seeking - Lip Treatment Seeking - Lip Treatment
