It all started when I took more sleeping pills because I wanted to sleep so much. Then later that day, I started feeling short, electrical shocks sensations in my head. It was constant. I did sleep but I woke up feeling bad. It felt weird. The way I moved felt weird but then it went. But I was wondering if these shocks are withdrawal symptoms. I've heard you can get shocks by sleeping pills. will these shocks ever stop? But I do feel they have lessen and when I concentrate and focus on being happy then I don't feel them but it depends, they do come again. Today, they aren't as bad when I first took the sleeping pill. But I have tinnitus. And Yes I am stupid....

((((HC)))) i am sorry. I am not remembering the history or relationship with your mother / family. Forgive me. If you aren't feeling well, why would your family be upset with you for asking for help, hon?

Don't worry, I forgive you. I don't know why they don't want me to get help. Maybe it's too much for them. But anyway I won't bother anyone since I'm "fine" and attention seeking.
