I'm 28 years old and these are symptoms that i have :
- I tend to lost myself (feels like going to faint or explode) when emotionally disturbed (scare, angry, etc).
Case : In one discussion activity, we had a hot debate. I was trying to control my anger but i felt dizzy, my body was shaking, etc. I might have had a convulsion if i didn't try to breath properly and calm myself.
- There was a part in my body, underneath my foot precisely when touched makes me feel like going to have body contraction. The sensation run through my both arms to the back of my neck. (Weird)
- I have peculiar behaviour where i tend to wash my hands over and over again. I know it's not dirty but still.

For information, i use computer most of the time. Having stiffness at the back of my neck most of the time too. I'm pretty active actually, play soccer, basketball occasionally.

I was thinking that i have a small scale of epilepsy but not sure. Currently, don't have much money for body checkup. Am i seriously ill? Thanks for any information.

We can't diagnose you here. You should see a physician and/or a psychologist/psychiatrist for a diagnosis.

But I can tell you I don't think it's epilepsy. I don't know that for sure, and I don't know a lot about epilepsy, but the symptoms don't really sound like what I know of epilepsy.

As for the handwashing, it's possible you have obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).

Hi, it doesn't seem like epilepsy... maybe anxiety? But you do need to have it checked by a professional: GP/health services as it is not possible, nor advisable, to diagnose someone online. Please have it checked out.

Hi,

I urge you to go to a Dr. as soon as possible. It's impossible for us to give you a diagnosis and you need one asap.

My best to you,

January

Thanks for all the replies.

I forgot to mention one more symptom. I tend to get tingled easily on my hands and legs. For example, i can't squat > 3 minutes, my foot will have tingling sensation. Sometimes, my hand will even get tingled or numbed when simply put on top of any object. I tried to see what would happen if i let it be further. The result is i can't move my finger for a few seconds but it'll go away gradually.

I heard there's one disease where our blood vessels are too close to the skin. I don't know what it is called though. Is it possible that i suffer that kind of disease?

Hi v1rtz. We are not qualified to make diagnoses here. Besides it could be misleading as a thorough and rigorous case history would provide (much) more information. You do need to have it checked out by a professional so as to be 100% sure of what is going on. Please do not leave these symptoms unattended!! This would also ultimately reassure you.

Is there not a health centre nearby?

There is hospital nearby but it doesn't look convincing. I'm not in a developed country. Hopefully, i can get some fortune and have a medical check-up somewhere else. *sigh*.

Sorry about that... Can you go private per chance? Maybe some family/friends can pitch in.

At any rate, it *would* be advisable to have i checked before any complication arises... Hope it all works out for you. Do take care!
