I use computer too much. At-least 8 hours a day. Now i,m starting to feel that my eyesight is getting weaker day by day.I can,t stop my work. Please give me a solution to keep my eyes safe while working this much.

Hi ~ Chances are you're going to need glasses. Go to a good ophthalmologist and get your eyes examined. You need to make sure you're eyes are okay and then see if you need a prescription.

You may only need glasses for the computer -- only while you're on the computer.

Best of luck and let us know what the eye doctor says, okay? God bless. Hugs, Lee

If you use anything mid distance like a computer, take breaks and try to focus your eyes on something far away. That way your eyes relax. Everyone should do this. I don't a lot but then again I rarely follow my own advice.

Take breaks, blink often to lubricate your eyes, use eye drops to lubricate.
