today has started well. I'm sore and iritable as per my norm but i bought a book last night that has really helped thumbing through it. It explained alot that my doc and I just havent had time to address. It helped me find a new way to explain it scientifically and helped me realize there have been advances in the study of this condition since the last time i reaserched it. I'll never be pain free but at least now i have a better understanding. it also told me alot about the fibrofog that has been putting my life in a vortex of hell lately. i expect better things with better education. I even did my stretches last night.

Glad to hear the good news! We have an official fibromyalgia check-in thread in the Chronic Pain Support forum. (See the top of that page.) There you can check in frequently and let us know how you are doing. Fibro is no fun!
