I woke up today and noticed a dark orange discoloration on my hand..
Currently I am not taking any meds, except multivitamins and a melatonin/l-tryptophan mixture for sleep. I didn't come into contact with any chemicals either. Does anyone have an idea where it could come from? Thanks

Hi-
Did you hit your hand on something? Could it be a bruise?
IS it painful?

It doesn't hurt when I touch it and I can't remember hitting my hand. It doesn't look like a bruise either.
