How long has this been going on for
What kind of pain is it, throbbing, constant, dull
left or right
any color changes on the skin, brusies
history of kidney stones
had exercise lately?
sat in a position for a long time
slept weird

I don't know. I think it could be a lot of things

Did you take any medications? It could be gas, sometimes I take antacids, my husband had kidney stones anybody could get that, but the pain started as dull and became sharp and radiated to his back he said it was very painful so he went to the doctors, he just has to drink water to pass it. I hope it doesn't get severe, if you start trhrowing up check in with the doctor
