I have graduated from Physical Therapy!!! woooo hooooo!!!
i went yesterday and my knee and leg muscles are very strong!!!!!! in fact my right leg ( the one i had surgery on) is a little stronger than my left leg... i really feel that it was worth every penny i paid!! and let me tell you it was alot of pennies!!!!!! just thought i would update you guys!!!! anyone wanna go dancing??????

Congratulations! Now you can stick that leg over, behind your head, right? All that hard work, what a good outcome/accomplishment for you.

over and behind my head????? ummm i dont know i havent tried that yet! ha ha ha, but probably not! i still cant squat down to pick something up off the floor but that will come.. so i am thinking putting my leg behind my head would be out of the question

Congrats! You're the first person I know who has actually benefited from orthopedic surgery and physical therapy.
(It made my elbow worse!) I'm glad you're well down the road to healing!!Candy |

 I know the benefits of physical therapy and am so glad that it worked for you too!!! What type of dancing are you planning on doing???

any dancing!!!! i love to dance!!!!! haven't be able to do any dancing!!! i love to two step with my kids!!!!! they love it!!!!!! they also love the jitterbug!!!!!
