Haven't been diagnosed with it, but I have a sister who has pituitary issues possibly genetic, and in looking her issues up, I saw something on Cushing's syndrome...said it can cause mental issues?

Or make them worse? Can the symptoms come and go?

I do have a "hump", and definitely have the "moon face" going on...an acquaintance even mentioned it. I've had a couple instances where my eyes jtst completely swelled shut. ER docs just told me to take Benadryl, and it wasn't an allergy. My legs swell badly too sometimes.
But it's my thinking that is truly bothersome.
Sorta hoping somebody here might know more on this? Can it make or make worse OCD-even delusional thinking or paranoia?
Thanks. Odd question, I know. And yes, I should see a doctor about this...
