i went to a nose ,ears, throat doc today and he said i dont have to get surgury.. he said for me to just keep using my machine at night.... said if i got the surgury it prob wouldnt help cause of the way my jaw is lines up its prob my tonuge that is making me have sleep apnea and there really no way to fix the tonuge ..
