Wow! That's great. Things may look and feel strange for awhile but that's normal. You'll be fine! Welcome home.

Welcome home, please take it slow! When I came home from residential hospital, it helped me to have a home contract and a stricter schedule to transition to more freedoms with. Otherwise the rest of the world can be overwhelming. Remember that even though you may have changed, the rest of the world has been as hectic as ever and it's important to mentally prepare yourself for that. Do things for YOURSELF, this is about your recovery and coping. It's going to be difficult but if you stay on track you can have a much brighter future
