Ok so I am wide awake and it almost 4:30AM! I should be sleeping and can't afford not to be asleep, but yet I am wide awake. Was going to do homework, but don't have the type of concentration it requires.
I feel like everything is falling apart when I need it to stick together. I guess maybe I just have too much going on at once. Wish people were on then I would chat, but noone is arround. Dar |

Hello I hope things go better for you soon. I hope you call your Dr as soon as you can today and let them know that you are not sleping you may be having a chemical imbalance and need your medication adjusted so that you can get back into some normal patterns of sleep. I hope you get some sleep here soon! I have been having the same problem lately too. I keep waking up at 3 am every day and then not able to fall back to sleep until around 5. By then it's almost too late to fall back to sleep. Hang in there!! This will pass!!
