I hear a lot good about zinc, but rarely hear 1st hand reports. It's supposedly good for your thinking... Like how exactly?

Also, when someone is hitting the 1st stages of perimenopause, regularity in cycle might be affected. There are herbs to replace some of what estrogen does, but regularity is mainly affected by what progesterone does, anything herbal for that?

Vitex has a beneficial effect on progesterone levels (Vitex - What Should You Know About It?). Bupleurum, dong quai, and peony are also supposed to be helpful. Of course, discussing this with a doctor/healthcare practitioner is ideal.
