Over the last 2 years I have been slowly, but substantially, losing hearing mostly in my right side and a little in my left.

I am 3 months post partum now and I am overly fatigued (even on nights that I get good, restful sleep) as well as have back pain.

I went to the doctor this last week and he ran blood tests. My neutrophil absolute value is elevated, and I'm wondering if that could mean I may have an ear infection? I'm still waiting to hear back from my doctor.

Every time someone has looked in my ears, they look clear. No wax buildup and no visible infection. So I'm trying to get in to an audiologist to do a hearing test.

Anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks for this!

Good luck to you I wear hearing aids and they help so much.

Your doctor checked I'm sure, but have you been on any medications that could affect hearing?
