Last night I had a hard time sleeping because I was feeling aches and pains as well as cyclical temperatures from very cold to very hot. Also my stomach feels messed up and I have a very bad ache. I don't really have any coughing or runny nose or anything like that though.

Take the flu medicine from the store it will help. Are you eating oatmeal? It is a good detoxifier. Could be food poisoning or some stomach flu/bug.

It sounds like you do have a strain of the flu of sorts. Take a bunch of vitamin c tablets (around 2000-3000mg) a day for like a week, or until you feel better, get plenty of rest and drinks lots of fluids (water, tea, juice especially) That's what I did when I was sick not too long ago- had the worst congestion and sore throat since I can remember, it really helped.
Oh, and ginger lemon tea with honey. That'll totally help! Feel better.
