April is IBS awareness month! If you have it, this is the month to speak up! (But of course you're allowed to speak up about it other times too )

I feel alone in this issue. I really do. And I know that I am probably not. but gut problems are not always a fun and easy thing to talk about.
So this month is the time to make those around you aware of what IBS is. Don't be shy now

(I don't define myself by my personal alphabet up there, but I put it there so that maybe somebody won't feel so alone )

I have horrible ibs. It is very dehabilitating at times. They are still trying to figure out exactly what is wrong but ibs is part of it.
