An hour ago I was very upset and was crying. I began my usual Auditory and Visual Hullucinating (spelling?) which was no fun at all.. and carried on crying. THEN my breathing got all jacked up. It was like having a really bad panic attack, with the aching stomach and blurred vision..only the breathing was like hyperventalating. My mom got a paper bag and stuff, but that took about 30 mintues to help. Any ideas what could have been going on?
