I have chronic tendonitis in one of my wrist and fingers. Anyone know if wrapping it would help? It's hurting all the time lately:/

wrapping it would give it support so that it doesn't move around so much and irritate and inflame it more. plus by not moving it around as much you wont feel as much pain. take care.

Hope you find some relief soon.

Thanks. Yea I've been doing research online. It def feels like what I have. I have an ace bandage but I'm thinking a splint might be better.
